Amazing Rehsteak. I recommend the Gulasch soup as a starter!

We enjoyed it very much! The location is in the countryside, great views, great parking. It is a big building and restaurant , and lots of room for large parities. We were 8. It is very typical Black Forest architecture, very appealing! The service is very friendly and with very good English, feels like at home. We started with excellent mushroom soap. Then we had schnitzel, steak, Hawaiian Ham toast and local sausage, all very tasty and recommend. We finished with Black Forest cake and fancy espresso. The only cavity for us was that no credit cards, only cash.

Great food, very large portion sizes. Absolutely the most picturesque schwarzwalder restaurant we've been to. Very good atmosphere and a very homely feeling from this family run business.

We are camping close by and it was exactly the meal we need! Fresh, simply delicious! Quaint place for dinner date and sunset 🌇 (it is Argentinian steak in the photo)

In the middle of nowhere. We happened to visit the place at dusk and it was a pallet of colours. Excellent food, service and environment. The ladies that run the place know their stuff and are welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended. Value for money and then some more....

The menu is a bit difficult to understand, not only for the german (a -badly and partially- translated version is provided), but for the font of the text. A part from that, the soup and the goulash with spatzle was excellent. The location too is awesome and the waitress was very nice and helpful. Strongly suggested
